Brubaker Park

At 60+, I know better than to trust my memory — especially when that memory is several years, and many, many disc golf rounds, in the past. At the same time, when your only memories of a course involves playing it blind in the rain and wind, perhaps those memories should be left in the past. Getting the opportunity to revisit Brubaker Park in East Earl, Pa., I decided to play a little “Blind Man’s Bluff” and give this little gem another look. With a good mix of wooded and open fairways, a few challenging obstacles (double/triple mandos, anyone?), and a quiet, rural setting, this course gave me the perfect opportunity to purge those damp and disappointing memories from my mind and replace them with something more pleasant.

Just watch out for hole 18… it’s BRUTAL!
